AfterLive Music is a team of longstanding industry colleagues and friends that have the same passion and share the same vision. Our close-knit team strives to produce the highest quality audio and video production to showcase your work and performances in the best possible way. Our aim is for you to achieve the greatest performance you can on the day. So how do we work to make this happen?
At AfterLive Music you are greeted at the door by our Artist Liaison, signed in and welcomed with a tour of the creative studios. It is very important to us to make sure that everyone attending and participating in the session feels comfortable and is in a safe working environment.
We have put into practice some very simple house rules that incorporate Covid guidelines. We have written a Covid-19 document which is sent out prior to your session, along with a short self health assessment questionnaire. We ask everyone to have their temperature checked upon entry. This is also carried out on all of our team members at the beginning of the day. There are hand sanitising stations and additional cleaning procedures put in place alongside our hand washing facilities.
Now onto the fun part! The Lounge/Green Room: this is a very large communal area where everyone can safely maintain a social distance and chill. Guests can watch a direct camera feed from the live room while recording is taking place – there is also gaming available to keep everyone occupied. There are plenty of power points – but most importantly your ‘Grazing Table’ full of snacks and soft beverages including vegan options available all day. This table is self-serve and all items are individually packaged.
We want you to feel at home. And nothing says home more than great hospitality. Catering can be requested and is available as a booking option, recommended due to our remote location. This is prepared and served by our in-house catering team who wear full PPE during the lunch and dinner service. We can cater for dietary and allergy requirements.
Our technical and creative team will be introduced to you as you are shown around on arrival. They will mainly be based in the Live Room and the Mix Room. Our team ensures that all our equipment is sanitised and clean at the beginning, during and end of the session. This includes a microphone sanitising area too. If you are working in the Mix Room there is also a direct camera feed from the Live Room.
Everyone one we have had through the door so far has felt included and looked after. Your experience and working environment is very important to us. Our philosophy is we want you to feel at home and relaxed. We take care of the running and hospitality of the day so you can just focus on your performance.
