‘I brought my 10 piece band to record with AfterLive Music and had the most incredible experience. The set up these guys have is unreal. An enormous green room, with food and drinks provided, a recording studio and an incredible filming studio, where we had a video wall, top of the range lighting rig and live sound capabilities. Even better, it’s Covid-safe. Very spacious even for a 10 piece, and PPE is provided.
We recorded our 15 minute medley in the first half of the day in the studio, staggering rhythm section, singers and horns – I was particularly impressed with the rough mix they produced in the space of 15 minutes, which meant we were good to go for the filming. With tonnes of really impressive camera angles, we wrapped the shoot in a couple of hours of filming, and the final product is honestly insane. So much better than I could have imagined. The video wall was the pièce de la resistance, it brought the value of the video up a huge amount.
To top everything off, at the end of the day, the guys put on an incredible BBQ for us, not much more you could ask for to be honest!’ – Joe Vetch, C.E.O. LDN Entertainment
